2017年8月16至17日,瀚纳仕受邀法兰克福展览主办的题为“优化人才培养,倾力管理创新”HRD上海高峰会议隆重召开。
Hays was honored to present at the HRD Summit, themed “Time to innovate the approach to talent management” by Messe Frankfurt on 16th – 17th August, 2017.
瀚纳仕上海地区业务总监Edmond Pang作为演讲嘉宾,发表了《人力资源总监特质》主题演讲。
Edmond Pang, Business Director in Hays Shanghai, attended as a guest speaker, he presented the speech with the theme of ‘DNA of an HRD’.

毕业于皇家墨尔本理工大学计算机科学专业。2005年加入瀚纳仕(澳大利亚),目前是瀚纳仕上海地区业务总监,并负责上海运营的总体管理职责。
Edmond graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Computer Science. He joined Hays (Australia) in 2005, and acting as Business Director of Shanghai who is responsible for the overall management of Shanghai business.

The workforce in China is constantly facing challenges like aging population, salary increase, the fourth industrial revolution (also known as Made in China 2025), retention, shortage of talent and those with digital skills, rapid technological advancement, M&As and the working culture differences between the two companies, and the effects on business models brought by disruptive social and digital changes.
